We worked with Mike Escobedo as our realtor and found him to be punctual, professional, and communicative. However, it wasn’t until two years later that we fully realized how his inexperience had cost us. He failed to catch that the home we were buying had a faulty AC system, resulting in a huge financial loss. He also did not coordinate a mold inspection appointment as we requested, and did not fully explain the implications of the two existing solar contracts. A more experienced realtor may have helped us negotiate concessions for the solar contracts, but we were left facing unexpected costs. While Mike has positive qualities and is eager to help, his lack of experience had a significant financial impact on our purchase.
